After years of being told I should join but never being given a date (including one year where Joe actually invited me but forgot to tell me details), it has come down to one of my brother’s friends taking initiative and inviting me to their post-Thanksgiving celebration himself. Apparently, though my brother finds me easy to forget, all his friends think I’m cool and are upset he never invites me to things. Go figure. I thought my brother was the one who liked me most out of that group.
